Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Brivos, operated by AUSTRALIAN DIGITAL EDUCATION & RETAIL GROUP PTY LTD. We currently serve customers in Singapore and process store prices in USD.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing time does not include weekends, public holidays, carrier holidays, inventory checks, or additional verification time.
  • If an order requires address review, fraud review, or inventory confirmation, processing may take longer and we may contact you by email.

2. Shipping Destination, Cost, and Transit Time

  • Destination: Singapore
  • Shipping Method: Standard delivery
  • Estimated Transit Time: 7-13 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping Fee: 0 USD

The estimated delivery period is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may be affected by carrier routing, customs review, local holidays, weather, incomplete address information, or other events outside our direct control.

3. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking numbers may take 24-72 hours to show movement after the package is handed to the carrier.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address, including unit number, postal code, contact name, and phone number. We may contact you if an address appears incomplete before dispatch.

5. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory location, packaging requirements, and carrier handling. Split shipments do not create additional shipping charges for the customer.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, keep the product, packaging, and shipping label and contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

7. Restricted Delivery Situations

Some addresses may be difficult for carriers to service. If an order cannot be delivered to the provided address, we may request a correction or cancel and refund the order before shipment.
