Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Brivos, operated by AUSTRALIAN DIGITAL EDUCATION & RETAIL GROUP PTY LTD. Please read this policy before starting a return.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in new condition.
  • All original packaging, inserts, accessories, manuals, labels, and included parts should be returned when applicable.
  • Items must not show stains, odors, scratches from use, installation damage, heat damage, water damage, soil residue, pet hair, washing damage, or heavy handling.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

3. Non-Returnable or Refused Returns

Returns may be refused if the product is used, damaged after delivery, missing major components, altered, washed, contaminated, or returned without prior approval. This does not limit rights that may apply under relevant consumer laws.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@brivos.shop with your order number and return reason.
  2. Wait for written return instructions before sending the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely to reduce the risk of return transit damage.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by our error, an incorrect item, or a verified product defect, we will provide return instructions based on the case. For returns based on preference, accidental order, size choice, color choice, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.

8. Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges may be available when inventory permits. Cancellation requests can be reviewed only before an order is processed or dispatched.
